# `ExWapp.Message.Handler.Inbound.Sync`

Ingests protocol messages that update local synchronized state.

This module owns history-sync projection, app-state key shares, and recovered
placeholder messages. It does not decrypt Signal envelopes or build receipts.

# `ingest`

```elixir
@spec ingest(map(), term(), map(), term(), term()) :: map()
```

Applies every supported inbound protocol-sync payload to session state.

`own_sender?` must come from trusted envelope metadata. History sync and
app-state key shares are self-only protocol messages and are ignored unless
the server-attested sender is one of the local account identities.
