# `ExWapp.Message.Handler.Wire`

Compatibility façade for inbound XML-envelope and protobuf wire helpers.

XML envelope extraction remains here; supported WhatsApp content decoding
lives in `Wire.ContentDecoder`, which works on the generated protos.
